Help! Factory reset Nighthawk X6 R8000 and now no connection

We lost the user and pass to the router and forgot the security questions. In an attempt to fix this we factory reset the router and now there is no connection. 

 

I have tried restarting it and letting it sit for over 30 minutes but I never got a connection. Nothing returns when I search 192.168.1.1 or www.routerlogin.net.

 

Please advise as to how I can set it up.

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    Try using MS Edge or Firefox browser...with a wired PC connected to the back of the router.

     

    Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
    Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
    Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    Turn on computers and rest of network.
