Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs from the c7000?
that helps us to actually check the connection. Xfinity is great at saying "its not our line"

I've attached some screenshots of different things. Note - the internet was running perfectly fine when I took these screenshots, I can take more screenshots the next time the internet loses signal.

Event logs help more than logs. Event logs show the modem side.
but you have a bunch of errors in your line.
Remove any splitters, amplifiers, or signal attenuators in your line.
check the line for kinks, damage, bad/old/corroded/cheap connectors and remove them.
Preferably, move the C7000 to right where the coax comes into the home to prevent wiring internal to the home being the issue.

plemans I appreciate all the information you're giving me. I live in an apartment building that was once 3 seperate units and now is converted to 1 single unit. So there are a bunch of splitters and amplifiers in the basement with atleast 15 different coax ports. If only they were labeled so I could unplug all the ones that arent in use. Anyhow, I've attached the event logs, I suppose there may be some other information in there.
Internet just crashed again - here is what the upstream / downstream looked like when it went out.

You have signal issues.
Move the C7000 to right where the coax enters the home and connect it there.
If everything works out, then you're going to have to clean up the coax lines running to where you want the modem. (they make cheap coax line testers)
Every splitter reduces the signal and gives a chance for a bad splitter and can cause errors.
A direct connection is best.
but if you need one for tv, then you use a double splitter with one leg going to the modem and the reset splitting off the the tv's.
You want the modem getting the best signal possible.
