Check on the ddwrt forum. their the experts on removing their firmware from a device.

    Ive been trying to register to add a post but, it never works always says the bot code is wrong when its right. plemans

      Not sure what you expect the netgear forums to do for a ddwrt issue. 

      Again, use their forums for their firmware. Or your likely to brick your device
