Help with connection
We lost our Internet last night during a storm. This morning the provider says my router is online my Roku TV shows excellent signal strength, but it will not connect to anything. Nothing in my house ...

Yes. Start off by specifically identifying the model number of your router or modem or whatever. Look on the nameplate.
Once you have the model number, go to the Downloads section at the top of this page, and feed in the model number and it will take you to a page where you can download the user manual. There is a section in the manual on troubleshooting with the LEDs on your device.
