help

Earlier today I lost my Internet connect. It was the fault of COX. After they told me the issue was resolved I tried to reconnect my router to all my devices at home. I cannot reconnect. I cannot even find the original names used to login. What can I do ot make it work again?

"cannot" is not a useful problem description.  It does not say what
you did.  It does not say what happened when you did it.  As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
    descriptions or interpretations.

"names" of what?  Do you mean the wireless-network SSIDs?  Do you see
any other "names" appear and disappear when you power the C6900 on and
off?  Perhaps the "names" on the product label?

If your modem+router's settings were reset for some reason, then you
might need to reconfigure the thing.

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation.  Get the User Manual (at least).  Read.  Look for the
LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot".  Pay particular attention to the
"WiFi On/Off button with LED".  Did you press it?  Further reading
    might not hurt, either.
