Hey netgear community, have an issue with my wifi speeds.
I just moved to a new apartment, using the same ISP with my equipment that I've had for 4 years. Did not have any issue with my old apartment, managed to get 150Mbps+ down but now at the new place barely 50mbps down within line of sight.

Do you have a NG product? If so, please give the model#? R#### or RAX###?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many? Also try turning down the power output of the RBRs wifi radios from 100% to 50% and see if this changes anything. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Are you testing over 2.4ghz or 5ghz?
Makes a big difference.
What router is it?
What wired speeds do you get?

Did you reset the anonymous Netgear router when you moved?
When you set up a device it adapts its own settings to match the incoming connection. It may be the same ISP, but they have a habit of tweaking their settings according to the circumstances.
A simple first move is this:

Then set up the thing for the new connection.
