High latency

So I’ve had high latency problems on fortnite I’m here to get answers from Netgear community so all I can say is I live close to their servers which I used to get 25 ping sometimes lower now I get 60-90 ping my internet speed is very high and stable but I feel like it could be something in the router settings that could be causing problems does anyone have any idea why could it be I use the best dns server their is. What could it be I’m very eager to figure this out could it be something in IPv6 or UPnP setting or wan or lan settings what could it or does it have to do with default DMZ server thing do I enable it can someone please tell the one or how many things their are causing this problem. Please someone help me please I can’t deal with this anymore makes me angry I just want help please some respond immediately you don’t know how bad this is to me
