how can I activate the itinérance?

Hello,I have 2 questions:1. How can I unlock my sim PINCODE on the netgear nighthawk M1? I have a Swiss SIMCard and also the DATA is not working either.2. when I put in a French SIM Card (SFR.fr) : the data roaming does not work??can you please help me?thank you .&nbsp;&nbsp;
