How do I disable DHCP on my AP router?

3500 sq ft house. The utility room upstairs Is where the builder ran all the fiber to. So the ONT is in there with the r7000. Wifi signal was weak in most of the house. So I disabled the wifi on the R7000 and I ran ethernet from LAN1 of R7000 down to the laundry room which is smack in the middle of the house. Hooked it up to WAN R7000P which I then setup in AP mode. LAN2 on R7000 runs to my Xbox downstairs. LAN3 to my office and LAN4 to the master bedroom.

Good enough for me; the R7000 has an actual purpose in life.
