How do I set Fixed IP Addresses in an iMac?

fixed IP is added on the device in question. What you need is reserved DHCP IP addresses. Got to http://routerlogin.net or http://192.168.1.1 and in the Advanced page you can set up reserved IPs for your devices.

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for

Login into the router's Web UI (links in my first post). Go to Advanced -> Setup -> LAN Setup. In there you can reserve IPs based on MAC address
