How to change 2.4Ghz Ethernet to 5Ghz Ethernet
I was just wondering if i could and if so how i could change my 2.4Ghz ethernet to 5Ghz Ethernet, havent found any ways online so far.

Ethernet isn't 2.4ghz or 5ghz. it is its own connection.
Maybe a better description of what you're trying to do will help us to help you.

Okay so what im trying to do is connect to my VR Headset which can only be used via 5Ghz but also needs to be on the same connection as my PC where i have Ethernet, i was just seeing if i could change my ethernet to 5Ghz or is that not possible.

It is the nighthawk X8 AC5300.
Im using an Oculus Quest 2, on 5Ghz for best performance since it keeps freezing on 2.4Ghz

From what I've looked up, the occulus quest 2 needs a usb-c to link it and a pc for streaming the games vr content to the occulus.
