How to check CPU and RAM utilization

I noticed some people's R7000 can show cpu and RAM utilization: But I cannot see these stats after upgrading to the latest firmware. Is it a region specific feature?

    It is only for China's and Russian regions now. And this function is showing CPU and RAM utilization not in real time.

You need to change GUI language to Russian or Chineese to see this statistics.

    Seems I need to either unlock my router's region or flash some special firmware to get these stats working.. Simply changing the UI language to Chinese or Russian doesn't work
