"When you changed the service, did you reset the router to get it to forget past settings from the old ISP?"
Thank you for your response. I had my Internet DNS hardwired to my initial ISP. Once I changed it to "Get Automatically from ISP" it worked.

How does the Internet get to you. Fiber can mean anythiung. (Every Internet service has fibre somewhere.)
Do you mean optical fibre to you? If so, does it come through an optical network termination (ONT)? Some other box?

No Wifi LEDS on? Wifi devices can't see SSID? Can't connect to it? Something else?

Good.
I didn't have time to suggest another strategy for those circumstances.
Take the router through its Internet setup wizard. That might have delivered the same result.
