How to edit wifi wireless AP on firmware
Firmware : the latest
Router : R9000
Hello.
I want to enable 2.4Ghz wifi.
As shown in the attached photo, the 2.4Ghz wifi is disabled and the 5Ghz wifi is enabled.
When I compared the two, I found that the wireless AP is off. I would like to change this setting to on.
Please let me know how I can change it.
Sincerely

What does the 2.4 GHz LED on the front look like?
First try pressing the wifi On/Off button.
Next thing to try is the manual.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
That page will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device, if they exist.
Check the section in the manual To specify Basic WiFi Settings.Check that it is set to broadcast the 2.4 GHz SSID.
The "nuclear" option would be to reset the router and set it up from scratch.

For reference, "The Latest" does not provide any information relative to the firmware version. It may not be the latest when this post is read or there may be intermediate hot fix releases. Only a full number provides that information. Something like R9000-V1.0.5.42.
In the GUI, go to Advanced -> Setup -> Wireless Setup and enable the 2.4 GHz radio SSID. My router is R7800, but the location should be the same.
See attached.
