How to enter in Failsafe mode on a Nighthawk?
Hello! What are the steps to enter in failsafe mode on the nighthawks? Trying to recover a bricked R7800
I did ask for failsafe mode because the router before it was in bootloop, and now is blinking in orange each sec the power led, so I am trying to figure what mode I am entering in the router, which I don't have a clue.
Not sure exactly what you think "failsafe" mode is.
did you try the tftp or nmrpflash? They're designed to reinstall a firmware in case of bricked devices, corrupt firmware, etc.
Failsafe *usually* implies backup firmware on a device that it can revert to. Netgear consumer routers don't have this.
