Thanks to those who reponded, I was not aware that this was not moderated by Netgear themselves.
I have since managed to find a way to respond to the closed case, hopefully I will get some improvement.

If that was a reaction to my latest comment, that was a response to FURRYe38
Something really strange is going on in the Netgear community.
We see messages and look at the sender only to read "Not Applicable". This is clearly visible in the screen grab from FURRYe38 . I do not see that in this discussion, but it has cropped up in other messages I read.
One person can see "Not Applicable" while someone else sees the expected name tag. There seems to be no pattern to this, which makes it hard to follow what is going on.
That flag comes and goes. It started happening a day or two ago. It is clearly something that we should report to the Netgear team and ChristineT
