How to manually start scanning devices and the network. Is not working.
Model version R7000, firmware version V1.0.9.88_10.2.88
apple and windows environment.
Installed the amor security a week ago. Installed it also the local devices.
Problem: It is impossible to start up a manual scan of the network nor the devices.
Error message: we can't connect to our services right now to complete this vulnerability scan on your network. Please start the scan again in 24 hours. A lot of restarts have been done but no result...
second issue when trying to install the amor security on a windows laptop there isno result.
When trying to install the bitdefender security on a windows 8 laptop there is no progress. Progress counter remains zero. Message of slow internet while the downlozd is 271Mbps, upload is 19.12 <mbps
