How to NetGear router wireless Internet not working?
I am unable to access the internet on the wireless network through netgear router. Each time, I try to open any website on the google chrome. It shows me this site can't be reached error along with the DNS probe wrong. Meanwhile, If I connect my laptop to the router through ethernet wire. I can access the same website without any error. Can you tell me what is wrong with my wireless network connection ?
Hi, I found the solution. I just factory restored my router. Now when I have reconnected the device. I am not getting this site cannot be reached error anymore.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What WiFi devices are you using?

Hi, I found the solution. I just factory restored my router. Now when I have reconnected the device. I am not getting this site cannot be reached error anymore.
Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
