How to program video doorbell V7 to nighthawk
I have been trying to get this doorbell online for 6 days and no luck. I have followed the instructions as listed
Dear customer, is your new WIFI 2.4G? The device can work with 2.4G only. Please change Wi-Fi through settings, as shown in below photo.

If it can’t change the WIFI in setting, please try to reset the device and add it again to app. To reset, please press and hold the front doorbell button (the one you use to ring the bell) for around 8 seconds, and then you will hear "entering pairing mode"
Then you tap the "+" icon in device page, to add device again.

What is the model number of the NIghthawk (from the product label on the bottom)?

You gave us not much to go off.
1. what router do you have?
2. what firmware is on it?
3. what modem/gateway is the router connected to?
4. what device are you using for setup?
5. what doorbell is it? Not sure what a V7 is.
