I cannot connect to PSN (https://my.playstation.com/) from my PS4 using the WAC( wifi)

Hello, I have installed a WAC 510 and all computers and / or phones work without any problems. My PS4 has internet access when it is connected to the WAC, however, I cannot connect to PSN (https://my.playstation.com/). I connect to it without any problem when I use the WIFI of the main router, on the other hand this is impossible if I am connected by WIFI to the WAC. thank you in advance

    Many questions apply to different types of device, so you might get responses here, but the WAC510 is a specialist device, so you might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your hardware, in the appropriate section for your device. That's probably here:

    I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
