I can't log in with admin/password... R7000
I am trying to login and see what's on my network (and to get my RING devices on the right 2.4 channel) but the website will NOT accept admin and password AND it will not accept my serial number (the...
- Thank you to everyone who provided suggestions. I ended up downloading the Netgear app ( I forgot the exact name, maybe Netgear UP) and was finally able to get into the login screen where all the router settings are located.
I then had to reset all the parameters fresh and now it’s working fine.
There is support material, including a manual, for the R7000 somewhere at the end of this link:

What are you trying to login with and how?
Browser? Desktop app? Mobile app?
Connecting to routerlogin.net? An IP address?

It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router. The model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
