I got a NH from a friend and it’s troublesome

So like the title suggests I am having issues with a NH router I got from a buddy it stops broadcasting WiFi it’s a older model I believe it’s the ac1900 R7000

    Firmware on it? 

    What happens when it stops? Are the led's still on for wifi? 

    Are you able to connect via ethernet and log in and check it? 

    A few more details help.

    Also, it might be worth checking with your friend why they stopped using it. that router is a decade old and there might be a reason it was retired.
