I have a R7800 reset router every time for wired connection

I'm not a very tech savvy person, but every time I try to connect to the internet with a Ethernet cord I have to reset my router to Be able to connect to the internet. It works perfectly fine after I reset my router until I use the pc or Xbox again.

    Hi Brianmc300,

Reset the router by pressing the reset button at the back panel until the power light turns amber.

    Reconfigure after the reset.

    Hi Brianmc300,

When you say reset, you mean rebooting the router or pressing the reset button?

What are the lights on the router when it is not working?

What is the firmware version of the router?
