I purchased a used NIGHTHAWK AC1900 r6900P

After I hook it up it doesnt recognize my wifi network.

    it is online as the online network is flashing and it shows 2,4 and 5G signal

    For previously owned equipment, recommend you do a full firmware default reset using the recessed reset button on the back of the device.  You can go to the Downloads section at the top of this page, feed in your model number, and it will take you to a page where you can download the user's manual.

     

    The router, R6900P, does not "recognize" a Wi-Fi network.  The router is the source transmitter of a Wi-Fi network.
