I set up two passwords on Netgear 55 but I cannot remember the other one. How do I recover it?

How do I recover the password for my 2.4 ghz? I know my 5 ghz password though.

Depends on the router you are using and how you approach it.

 

Netgears' desktop genie for Windows and Macs has a "retrieve password" option if you can login to the router's management graphical user interface.

 

Netgear wants the genie to die and keeps moving the thing around. Last seen here:

    As long as you have the 5 GHz wireless available, you should be able to access the undefined Netgear router model Web UI, e.g. using http://routerlogin.net/ ... hope you still remember the admin password.
