I want a full refund of my service contract
I bought an AC1750 Mesh Extender that I was unable to make work. Out of desperation I paid for technical support. It was a farce. I was connected by phone to a woman who hardly spoke ANY English....
How did you get in contact with support? What Web site (URL) have you used? What phone nuber have you called?
In short: Suspect you had been Scammed.
