I want to configure my Netgear 7000P without an internet connection.

How can I do this? Every time I attempt to login using 192.168.1.1 it attempts to in, but immediately gets routed to routerlogin.net. I don't want to do this. I want to configure it, before I plug in into the network.

    Aim your browser at 192.168.1.1.

     

    Try the WAN port. If that fails, use the LAN port. It is a while since I tried it.

     

    Alternatively, reset the R7000P, using something that is not on the Internet, connect to the wifi using the default SSID and password and aim the browser (not an app) at 192.168.1.1.
