if people could reach tech support there wouldn't be as many posts on this community
two and a half hours into trying to get my brand new computer to connect to my brand new netgear router at 5 Ghz, with at least an hour of it consisting of trying to get ANY tech support service ANYW...
To get a hold of support, you click "mynetgear" at the top. register an account and the device from there you contact support.
We're also pretty good on helpin on here.
