iFit connection

I am having a similar problem as an earlier post with IFit.  IFit ran a program called "routethis" and determined that I have a firewall setting that is blocking the site that provides IFit program updates.  "CDN.IFIT.COM" is the site.  I checked with my ISP (Spectrum) and they are not blocking anything.  Spectrum said it would most likely be my wireless router.  I don't see anything in my router setup that shows this is blocked.  However, when I try to go to that website on my laptop, my web browser states that the connection is not secure, and doesn't display anything for that website.  Any help/suggestions are appreciated.  Thanks!

I went to that website and it's just a picture of a 1x1 white square so I don't think the site is being blocked something is wrong with the site.

Think, for a moment, about how little useful information that
non-description conveys to the non-psychics in your audience.

Where did IFit run this program?  Why?

Rather than try to debug the diagnostic procedure used by iFit,
perhaps it would help if you described the actual problem.

But your web browser's only complaint was "not secure"?  Try:

            https://cdn.ifit.com/

I think that that site works fine, but does not do much.  And
everyone seems to have no real trouble communicating with it, so what
the iFit agent "determined" (or how) is a mystery.
