Intermitted connection problems

Ive purchased a Nighthawk r7000 and Ive been having intermittent internet problems, multiple times and randomly throughout the day ill lose internet access for 1-2 mins and its extremely annoying does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

    Are these connection problems seen over wired and wireless devices? 

     

    Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
