What are all the lights doing? (blinking/solid/color)
Are you able to access the router via the web interface if hardwired in?
Have you tried a factory reset? Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on.

Thanks for your response.
Only Power light(Green) light is blinking and rest other lights not blinking.
When I connect the internet cable to my laptop, internet is working. So no issues with the internet.
I tried with reset option but there was no response from the device.

If internet is working, are you able to log into the router using the gui?
Are you able to ping it?
