Internet access between R7000 and LG smart TV

I recently changed my NETGEAR password and have internet access with my iPhone and iPad.  My 6 year old LG TV does not recognize the password (or the previous one).  Any suggestions how to fix?

    Contact the TV mfr for help and support regarding there product. 

    Check for TV FW udpates. 

    Check SSID name and PW configuration. Try a simple SSID name thats just one word and a simple all alpha character password with 8 characters. 

     

    What Firmware version is currently loaded on the NG router?

    Are you using the TV's setup routine?

     

    Does the TV have a "reset" option to wipe out old settings?

    I assume that this is the wifi password and that the TV can detect the wifi.
