Internet goes away in 2.4Ghz a few times a day

I have a AC1750 wifi router and the internet goes away for about 2 minutes in 2.4Ghz band. Happens 2-3 times a day. I bought this router in 2021. Please suggest how to troubleshoot.

    What firmware are you on? 

    What fixes the issue? 

    Have you tried changing wifi channels?

    What actual router is it? Like StephenB​ says, you listed the speed, not the model. 

    Tried the old factory reset/reinstall option?

    AC1750 is a speed rating - can you give us the actual model?

     

    Do you know for certain that the drop is only in the 2.4 ghz band?  Or is it possible that it effects 5 ghz, and maybe even ethernet?
