Internet not available on phone but laptop is working with internet

From last night when using the same wifi for laptop and mobile, the internet is not available only on the mobile devices and laptop is having internet at the same time. I am not sure why the internet is not working for mobiles only.

    what modem/gateway are you connected to? 

    Did you try a factory reset/reinstall?

    How does "not working" manifest itself? Error message? Prompt of some sort?

     

    When some devices connect but others don't, it is a good idea to look into the reluctant device rather than the router, which is clearly doing its stuff.
