Have you checked your wan/lan port statitics to see if it is indeed a port setting the speeds at 10/100mbps and not gigabit?
If so, try replacing the cables with cat 6 cables.
did you try factory resetting the router?
Make sure to leave qos, access control, traffic monitoring, and parental controls disabled.

If so, try replacing the cables with cat 6 cables.-I have CAT 6 cable from the modem to the router and CAT 5E from the router to the computer.
did you try factory resetting the router?-No.
Make sure to leave qos, access control, traffic monitoring, and parental controls disabled.-Parental Controls are off. How do I check the other ones?
