iphone will not upload pictures using readycloud app on r8500
im trying to use the photo upload feature of the readycloud app for iOS and it shows it has 655 photos but continually shows "connecting" at the top and shows no photos backed up.
What could be the issue?
close this. I had to delete the app and reinstall. fixed it.

Did you try uploading from your computer?
On your iPhone, the settings on the ReadyCloud app for media backup is turned on?
- I didn't try from my computer. I was under the impression that you could upload from the app.
Yes I turned on the media backup right away when I installed it.
