just bought a new ac1750

 so i have fiber .... right off the modem i get 999/999 but when i connect router and hardwire it i get 400/365 is there a setting to solve this loss of banwith speed ???????

    funny i returned the one router and bought the r8000 and its still slow ... router and computer are about 2 ft away from each other
