Laptop won't connect to network, but WILL connect to mobile hotspot

My daughter's laptop (a Surface Pro 6) will not provide internet on our home network. All other devices in the house connect just fine. We have a wi-fi extender, and for a time it would connect to that and give her internet, but now it won't connect to either.

I should clarify. It says, "Connected, No Internet" to both the home wi-fi and and w-fi extender. 

Things I have tried:

• flushed dns
• reset the network
• uninstalled adapter and rebooted
• rebooted modem and router
• checked for updated drivers
• disabled IPv6
• followed other instructions from multiple troubleshooting websites online

On a hunch, I tried connecting her laptop to my mobile hotspot, and it connected instantly WITH internet. No issues.

Any other ideas what else I can do?
