I know of none in the usual management web site.

One possibility might be to gain shell access to the R6700 using
Telnet, and use the "date" command.  Some router models/firmware
versions have some kind of "debug" page ("debug.htm", or similar) which
allows the user to enable Telnet access.  For ones which lack such a
feature, a Web search for terms like:

          Netgear  Telnet  enable

should find some programs which might help.  (I use the program which I
    modified: http://antinode.info/nte/ )

Another possibility, if your R6700 firmware lets you specify the NTP
server (ADVANCED > Administration > NTP Setting?), would be to run a
time server on some system on your LAN (over which you have better
    control).

I know nothing, but the R6700 might expect to see the NTP server on
its WAN/Internet side, in which case, you'd need to have that time
server system connected there.  An existing computer with a second
Ethernet port might work, or something like a Raspberry Pi (with a real
Ethernet port) could be dedicated to that job.

How hard are you willing to work to get the date+time right on that
    thing?
