locked out of my own router

Question

Hello&nbsp;I always had parental controls on some of my devices turned on. as of resently i havent been able to manage my router because it thinks my device is on the black lsit&nbsp;i really dont know a lot about networing and would appriciate the help

Can you connect to the router with a different PC or laptop and see if you can access it.&nbsp;
If not, you may need to factory reset the router and setup from scratch.
