Logging into my nighthawk X6 AC3200 Smart WIFI Router(R8000)
I need to access my router data and currently I cannot do so because it won’t allow me to log in. I am reluctant to do a factory reset because I do not know if that would change the password for all ...
You can do a factory reset and just write down what the ssid/password currently is.
That way you can always just change the ssid/password back to what you had it and the devices should auto-reconnect.
I've changed routers numerous times and just reuse the same ssid/password so I can't have to reconnect all my devices.
Simple.
The problem with the security questions is that if you didn't set them up, it still asks but there isn't a correct response so it just circles.
or if you don't know the answers.
So you're kind of stuck needing to reset it to get back into it.
