The router is running Firmware Version - V1.4.1.64_1.3.25

You can play around with firmware versions but AVOID version 1.4.1.50. For some reason it locks the firmware to that version if you install it.
What I'd try doing? Reinstall the current version over a hardwired connection. Do a factory reset and a clean install (don't use a backup configuration). Try this first. If it doesn't work, then I'd try the .62 version. Again, DO NOT install the .50 version.

Might I also add that if you are losing power frequenty that you invest in a PSU. Then when power is disrupted the PSU would keep the router up. Then you will not have the other issues.
