Losing connection frequently and Super slow internet! Any solutions?

1. you have the R6120?

2. what firmware is on it? 

3. what modem/gateway is it connected to?

4. does it happen to only wireless devices? only wired devices? Both?

5. what speeds do you pay for? What speeds do you get hardwired into the router? 

6. how frequently is it loosing connection?

7. When you lose connection, does it say "connected, no internet", does the wireless stop broadcasting, what actually happens?
