Losing internet on phones and computers, not Roku
My router loses its internet connection and that affects phones and computers. Interesting enough, no issues with Roku devices Thoughts?

If the Roku keeps an Internet connection, then it is hard to see how it does that if the router loses the connection.
Could it be the phones and computers?
What do the router's LEDs show when this happens.

Router picHard to see what is happening there.
Manuals are always a good place to start.
Visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.
Check the section in the manual Troubleshoot With the LEDs.
You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

Input 12V, 2.0ANot easy to work out what this is without knowing who made it.
Google suggests that it could be a modem/router.
Does it have a row of Ethernet LAN ports on the back?
