That can be a sign of a network conflict.
Did you ever tell people what the modem/gateway is in front of this router? (I can't see at a quick glance.)
Did you also reboot modem > router > computer in that order>?

I took your suggestion and rebooted modem, router and computer in that order and now NAS Navigator 2 can't find it at all. I tried pinging it with the ip shown in 'access control' with no luck. Printer is also still not working
My modem is an ARRIS TM1602 supplied by my ISP Optimum
