Sorry, I find your long message hard to follow. (I'm an old school person who likes a bit of punctuation to guide them through text.) But the bit above stood out.
If these are two separate Internet accounts, then they can't talk to each other and share the connection unless you have some sort of special network set up.
And you can't just move devices between them willy nilly.
So a clearer explanation of what you are doing and where thongs go wrong would be helpful.
