MAC spoofing prevention

Hi, I am looking for a router that will prevent MAC spoofing by my sons. They are tech savvy and figured out how to get around all Comcast apps. When I paused their devices they would use spoofing and still get access. Can anybody tell me the best net gear router to stop this!!!
