Magenta Light

Internet went out at my location 3 days ago. Cox finally gets it restored, only my orbi isn't connecting to the internet. I've reset it, unplugged and plugged back in, made sure the firmware is up to date, and having a tech guy coming tomorrow to fix it. It's a solid magenta light. It lights up 3 out of the 4 lights, it just can't connect to the internet. I've tried going into admin and that didn't help.
