Mesh wifi network with Nighthawk R800 X¨AC3200?

I wonder if may I have a mesh network if I extend my wifi 5 network with a mesh (wifi 6) extender? If it´s possible and considering that I have a Netgear Nighthawk R8000 X6 AC3200, which Netgear wifi 6 extender is recommended?

You can add a wifi 6 extender to a wifi 5 network.&nbsp;
You'll still be bottlenecked by the routers wifi 5 but it'll work.&nbsp;
Were you planning on getting a wifi 6 extender because you plan on updating the router at some point?&nbsp;
