Minecraft Server not working.
Basically I did the port foward like the video said, udp/tcp and 25565 and i chose my computer and everything but when i send my friend my public ip, it just doesnt work. I know that this is so vague...

You might try searching around a little to see if this thing has a
"bridge" (stupid) mode, which would disable its router functions. Or if
it's possible to do all the other stuff on its router, and configure the
R6700v3 as a WAP. But the router-ness of that gizmo is the source of
the port-forwarding trouble when you're using the R6700v3-as-router with
it.Ask your ISP?
Okay first its rev 3, second, i just didnt know what to include in it. V1.0.4.102_10.0.75 Connected to my pc via ethernet.

Apart from this. I dont know what other info i could give you. I mean i tried one of those websites that check if your port foward worked with the minecraft port and it said it didnt or that it was "closed".

LAN IP addresses like "10.0.0.x" suggest that your R6700v3 is
connected to another router, which is a problem ("usual problem" "1")
for port forwarding.

That would be "usual problem" "3", if it had failed.
Did _you_ try your "my public ip [address]"? Did you try the
WAN/Internet IP address of the R6700v3? Did you look at "usual problem"
"1"?
What is your "my public ip [address]"? If you're worried about
revealing secrets, then the top half of an address, "a.b" out of
"a.b.c.d", would satisfy most of my curiosity.
"Connection refused" would be consistent with your friend talking to
your other router. (The one with no port forwarding configured.)

I doubt that we need much more information for a diagnosis. From
what I can see, you appear to have cascaded two routers, and you're
configuring port forwarding on the one which is not directly accessible
from the outside world. I'd expect that to fail ("usual problem" "1").
Why do you have the R6700v3? If the goal was better wireless-network
coverage than you got from your (secret) other router, then you might
want to configure the R6700v3 as a wireless access point, and configure
your port forwarding on your (secret) other router.
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number,
and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Look for "Set Up the
Router as a WiFi Access Point".
Note that the (LAN) IP address of your Minecraft server (hence the
server address in your port-forwarding rule) will be different (probably
on a different subnet, even) when you change the R6700v3 from router
mode to WAP mode. Otherwise, knowing nothing about your (secret) other
router, I can't tell you much about how to configure port forwarding on
it.
In any case, most likely, you'll want to reserve an address (on your
(secret) other router) for your Minecraft server, so that it always
agrees with your (new) port-forwarding rule.
The alternative to the R6700v3-as-WAP would be to configure your
(secret) other router as a modem-only (or eliminate it, if it's not a
modem+router), and use the R6700v3 as your only router. (I'd expect
that scheme, too, to give you a different LAN IP subnet.)

pretty much _must_ be another router in there.It is _possible_ to configure the R6700v3 with a LAN subnet of
"10.0.0.*", but its normal default would be "192.168.1.*". The usual
way to get "10.0.0.*" on the R6700v3 LAN is to connect the R6700v3 WAN
to some other "192.168.1.x" (such as on another router's ("192.168.1.x")

Honestly im super dumb so i dont even know the difference between the router and the modem, all that i know is that my modem cannot do wifi, so thats why we connected my router, but maybe my modem is a router, i just dont know.
